New ICAD cards

More index cards for Daisy Yellow's ICAD Project.  I am really enjoying this project, and I'm developing a daily art practice.  I've always had difficulty doing art on a daily basis. Like New Year's resolutions, I would have the best of intentions, but would somehow drop the ball.  Maybe I'm able to keep up with this because I'm letting go of the outcome, not overthinking the process and just trying to have fun and use some of my hoarded art supplies.

Blues.  Materials used: Gesso, Faber-Castell Gelatos, decoupage tissue paper, vintage dictionary page, vintage bird image.
Freedom.  Materials used:  Japanese paper, found image, vellum, Faber-CastellBig Brush Marker.

Linen:  Pencil on index card.
Rust.  Materials used: Image by Artchix Studio, paper flowers, rhinestones, paper from 7 Gypsies and DCWV, Tim Holtz Tissue Tape.
Summer.  Materials used: Image from flickr.com, gel pens, decoupage tissue paper.
Owl.  Pencil sketch on index card.
Off the Page.  Materials used:  Rubber stamp, Distress Ink dauber, vintage egg and bird image, page from vintage women's medical dictionary.

    1. Sandra, Hello! I am a fellow BBTL classmate, and also just discovered on Facebook that we have a mutual friend; my cousin Pam Fendrock. Small world! I moved to Maryland from NEPA in 2004.
Your blog is lovely! I am going to follow you so that I can see if it 'goes with' you, as you mentioned on Facebook. I was intrigued by your FB post, because I am currently working on the same thing; trying to make my blog a better reflection of me.
      Best, Anita

    2. Hi, Anita: You know, when I saw your name I thought you might be related to Pam! It is indeed a small world, isn't it?
Thanks for your compliments on my blog. This is the 2nd blog I've had, and I wanted it to be more focused on my artwork. Hopefully I am succeeding.
I'm off to check out your blog, too!
Thank you for stopping by and commenting!

I saw that you posted on my blog about the paperbag books. I have been with limited internet during my trip to Alabama. Please email me and I will try to answer your questions. I have a email button on my blog.
